51June set the standard for what a real judge looks like. From beginning to end, he was locked in on every performance, giving each artist the time, respect, and attention they deserved. He didn’t let the crowd influence him either, he stood on his decisions while still showing love across the board.
What really separated him was how present he was with the people. He shook every hand, took every picture, spoke to every fan in attendance, and connected with every single artist. It wasn’t just judging for him, it was building real relationships and pouring into the culture.
The artists he genuinely took a liking to, he even exchanged social media handles with, opening the door for real connections beyond the event. Despite having global success, he still makes it a point to collaborate with local artists. He’s done it before, and who knows—he may have just discovered some new talent he’ll build with in the future.
