Mala Polska Folk Ensemble

Mala Polska Folk Ensemble Metropolitan Detroit’s Premier Polish Folk Dance Ensemble. We welcome young men and women age 4 through 18 to learn traditional songs and dances.

The Ensemble owns costumes from over seventeen regions of Poland. Metropolitan Detroit’s Premier Polish Folk Dance Ensemble under the direction of Tomasz Kielar noted choreographer trained in Poland. They are provided to the students. All classes are taught in English, however Pan Tomek does encourage speaking and singing in Polish to promote “Polish-American” culture in our community known as "Polonia"

Come join us at our weekly practices at the American-Polish Cultural Center at the corner of 15 Mile and Dequindre. Practices are every Monday from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Exact time is dependent on child’s age group).
