Well the holiday vacation is over. Our plane was delayed so we didn’t get home until after 1am and I had to be to work today. I didn’t wake up early today for yoga, so I decided to do some quick office yoga. For the 4th day of the year I went with figure 4 pose.

Stopped back home for the New Year and saw this new mural they created for our home grown hero, Gail Halversen. Gail lived the life of a true warrior seeking opportunities to help those in need and improve the lives of others. If you haven’t heard of him you should look him. In honor of the great Gail “Candy Bomber” Halversen, I stopped and did some Warrior Pose in front of his mural. @ Tremonton, Utah
