🌺 East TN Parrot Head Luau 2026 Volunteer Sign Up 🌴

A huge part of what makes our Luau such a tropical blast is our incredible crew of volunteers! From decorating paradise to helping guests find their flip-flop footing, every volunteer helps turn this weekend into something special. 🍹🦜
All proceeds from the Luau support our charity efforts, and we truly couldn’t do it without our phlock.

We will review all volunteer submissions and contact volunteers with details and assignments by 7/20/2026.

We’re excited to announce that VIP Tent Sites will be available at the 2026 East TN Parrothead Luau!

🎟️ Who gets first dibs?
👉 Paid club members who have already purchased their Luau entry ticket will get first choice
👉 Remaining sites will then open up to non-club members

🏕️ Details:
• $40 per VIP site
• Max canopy size: 10’ x 10’
• Limited availability - We anticipate 10 VIP sites

🌊 If demand washes in stronger than a high tide and we receive more requests than available sites, we’ll hold a lottery to keep things fair and square.
