Pavilion: sturdy, dry, electrical outlet functions. Would sustain a child’s birthday party or large picnic

Grills: 3 sturdy with what appears to be rebar grate. Would like to see cast or 304 stainless even. But functional. One fire public fire pit with grate not pictured by T-dock.
