This page is devoted to my work with models. I do a variety of other types of paid photography and communications, but my work with models is almost always TF--a service trade between a model and a photographer in which no money changes hands. My photo shoots are about building and refreshing model portfolios. T

hey are laid back, largely unscripted yet very productive. I allow models to view the results of a shoot and select favorites they would like me to edit for them, usually a favorite or two from each set. That translates into six or eight, portfolio-quality, fully-edited images in high-resolution (for print making) and low-resolution (for posting online). Just as on a paid assignment, models should know beforehand what they will receive in exchange for posing. Ask and compare. I have a clean and comfortable, fully-equipped photo studio is SW Toledo and an extensive assortment of wardrobe items to complement any type of shoot. The studio is located in a '20s-era, former elementary school, and I often have run of the entire building. I'm just 40 minutes south of Ann Arbor, MI. I invite everyone from A2 to contact me; I love the city and shoot there often. I'm not a hobbyist or weekender. I am a full-time professional and can schedule any time of day, any day of the week. • Working with a featured model, I offer photographers one-on-one workshops in which I cover photographic lighting techniques and equipment basics, share artistic insights and offer tips for posing and working with models.
