We’re very excited to get our first order of Junipurr implant grade titanium posts delivered! Why is this important?

Receiving this order is the first step towards offering a better experience for our customers here at art bound studio! Jewelry quality is something I personally hold to a high standard. If you’ve never taken a close look at your jewelry this maybe something for you to consider. When sourcing quality options not only does the material matter but also the surface polish. Jewelry not polished to a mirror finish can play a big factor in the healing of your piercing and the quality of your piece. Junipurr does a great job with their quality control and ensuring each piece is polished to a beautiful mirror finish. This aides in healing by not leaving spaces for bacteria, microbes, and bio material to build up. If you were to hold a piece of jewelry under a microscope you may notice the high quality option polished to a mirror finish will have little to no abrasions / scratches on the surface. Whereas the lower quality option will most likely have a rough texture and you may even be able to see the abrasions on the surface without the help of a microscope. This can impact your healing in the sense of when the jewelry move through the piercing channel you want as little friction as possible as to not irritate your healing piercing. Having a mirror finish on jewelry ensures a smooth surface will be coming into contact with the healing tissue at all times, creating as little irritation as possible. Who would have thought such a small detail could make such a huge difference in your experience?
