We Hope you guys are ready for our next show, It's going to be an absolute banger! We're proud to welcome local artist Karla Von Deylen and her beautiful psychedelic works into our gallery. ⚠️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT⚠️

Hello everyone. We are absolutely disappointed to inform everyone that we are forced to postpone tomorrow’s opening exhibit featuring Ashley Simmons due to a newfound serious plumbing problem in our building. Since Sunday we have been fighting a series of heavy leaks in our space coming from the above units - we have done everything in our power to combat the issue with professionals on hand, and due to its severity we are unable to have it repaired in time to maintain a safe and reliable environment for our patrons and for the artwork. This was not an easy decision to make especially on such short notice but we are unfortunately left with no other choice.

However, don’t fret too much, the show will still go on! We would like to announce our new rescheduled date for Saturday, June 10th, 2023. 🎉

Hello everyone! We are thrilled to announce the dates for our May exhibition! We will be featuring the very talented painter and Toledo native .julietart ✨ Since graduating from the University of Toledo, Ashley has worked hard to build an incredible and strong body of work for some time now, and we are more than excited to have her! The opening reception will also feature special host and spoken word artist, 💫 This is sure to be a rare and special collection, so mark your calendars!

“With music serving as her biggest muse, Ashley paints with an abstract style that pops like a needle hitting wax. Using palette knives as her player, she believes art is at its best when it is unafraid to be layered and imperfect: a reflection of the humans behind it. This collection is equally cultured as it is textured, as Ashley highlights the importance of black culture to the whole in her work, paying homage to those who inspire her. These pieces invite us in to explore their grooves, play in them, and find new meaning in a way that only our favorite records do.”

Today is the day! 🌟 Doors open at 4pm, music at 9, and we close at 11! I absolutely cannot wait to see everyone, and for you all to see the new series. In addition to 15 new paintings, I will have a new surprise t-shirt release available at the show, along with 3 different prints, and 20 limited edition miniature paintings. It’s going to be an epic evening! See you all then! 💫
