Tiskilwa Pow Wow Days 5K Tiskilwa Pow Wow Days 5K is a Run/Walk race the Saturday of Pow Wow. www.powwowdays.com Tiskilwa Pow Wow Days 5k is a run/walk race the Saturday of Pow Wow Days.

The Tiskilwa Community Association will use funds raised on various projects benefiting the Village of Tiskilwa. Race starts and ends at the East Park. The race is to bring people together and raise money for a scholarship fund. The Pow Wow Days 5k Scholarship fund is available to high school seniors whom are descendants of a Tiskilwa High School Alumnus.

From one of our runners this morning 💙

“Hi there - thank you for putting on the 5K event this morning. I came in last place and was choking back tears of disappointment in myself but there were two young girls at the finish line cheering me on! I don’t know who they are but if the photo comes thru and you know them - please tell their parents how amazing they are. Many runners cheered me on on their return from the halfway point and I thought that was so cool but for these two girls to come back to the finish line to encourage on and say good job to even the last place finisher(s) will always hold a special place in my heart. I started a (every single day) walking program 93 days ago and have only ever done one untimed 5K. Thanks to all for a good 5K. ❤️❤️”
