WHAT WILL YOU WIN? Tipp City Area Arts Council will hold a Quarters for the Arts FUNd-raiser at the Tipp Center (855 N. 3rd St.) on Tuesday, August 25th. Doors will open at 6 PM sharp (no early-birds); auction begins at 7 PM. Admission is $5 (one paddle included) with additional paddles available for sale for $3 each. You may also purchase an All-in Paddle for $45. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.
There will be over 60 Quarter Auction items sponsored by our Thrivent Action Team, Board & TCAAC member artists and local businesses! SIX BIG RAFFLE items and of course, a 50/50 raffle will also be part of the evening’s festivities.
At this time, gift cards and items for baskets that have been donated by local businesses and restaurants include:

These include a Beverage & Chocolate basket (donated by Miami Valley Wine & Spirits and Winans); a Dragons Package (donated by the Dayton Dragons); a Tippecanoe Pride basket (created by Fred Hill), a He & She Pamper Me basket (donated by Pure Lux Day Spa, Margie DeHays Reflexology/Juice Plus, The Tipp City Barber Shop/Chris Starnes, Great Clips, Seven Sisters Apothecary & Art), a Family Fun basket (donated by Topsy Turvy Toys), and a hand-lasered, “Don’t Tread on Me” box (donated by September Creations by Chuck & Trina Deskins). A 50/50 Raffle will also be held.
Come out for an evening filled with friends and FUN! ALL proceeds will help to support Tipp City Arts Council’s scholarship fund, children’s programs, and general fund!

The Glass Brush Award has been created to acknowledge individuals who have had a significant influence in making Tipp City a viable art community. This year’s recipients are Steve and Sally Watson.
Nominator’s Statement: Owners and operators of the Hotel Gallery at the corner of Second and Main Streets, this couple has played a vital role in the cultural life of downtown Tipp City. Since the mid-1970s, the Hotel Gallery has served as the cornerstone of the downtown revival – drawing visitors and businesses while fostering art, music, festivals, and artistic expression throughout the community.
