For the ladies who have followed my journey to stitch the ‘queen’ 💞🤩 of all Baltimore Album quilts, well, maybe not ALL 🤣😍, the Mary Simon Album quilt…. Here we go again, getting closer to the half way point. 🥹 To create such a beautiful quilt, with an impeccable well balanced design, exquisite color placement, fine inking designs and astounding workmanship, proves the maker or makers were masters of quilt making. To follow in their footsteps has given me joy and a quiet insight into the mystery that still hovers over the history of these astoundingly beautiful quilts. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy 🥰 to think, how proud those quilters would have been if they had known, that almost 200 years later quilters are still in awe of her or their accomplishments❣️❤️🤩
