Kristen has always had an interest in Real Estate, first getting licensed over 20 years ago when she lived in New Jersey. Upon moving to New York, she decided to put it on hold until her children were older. Kristen got her NY Real Estate Salesperson license in December 2015. Prior to that, she had been a stay-at-home mom to 2 very busy kids. During that time, she was active in the community, part
icipating in local PTA’s, serving as President for 2 years, Vice President and chairperson of various committees, as well as chairing the Stewardship and Benevolence Committees at the Briarcliff Congregational Church. She was also a Cub Scout leader, Boy Scout “Popcorn Colonel”, props mistress and costume assistant for the middle school plays at H. Kristen is a member of National Association of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors, and Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors/Multiple Listing Service. She continues her real estate training and is a Certified Home Professional (CHP), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and Certified Investment Real Estate (CIRE). Kristen has lived in the Mt. Pleasant/Armonk area since 2002. She has listed, sold and rented properties in Westchester & Putnam Counties

People hire professionals to do their taxes, cut their hair, fix their cars, fix their plumbing, remove their gallbladders - so why not hire a professional to help you sell

Do you just let anybody do your taxes? Cut your hair? Clean your teeth? Remove your gallbladder? Service your car? I doubt it - I’m pretty sure you go to a professional. So why not use a professional to sell your house? Agents do a LOT more than just make the house look pretty for pictures. If you are thinking of selling, give the professional a call!

Check out this new cafe in . The owner, Emma, is Filipino, and the pastries are Filipino recipes. She also has several different hot and cold coffees. The atmosphere is light, bright and extremely inviting. A great place to meet your friends for a chat or an informal meeting with a client. Hours are M-F 7A-3p, Sat-Sun 9a-3p.

Yesterday was my sweet baby girl’s 22nd birthday. While she was celebrating by drinking her way “ around the world” at Epcot, I was in the hospital having my gallbladder out. So I’m a day late, wishing her happy birthday, but I know she had a great day, and I love her very much!
