Superheroes, fictional lawyers & some questionable improv decisions. 😂⚖️🦸🏽‍♀️

Had a blast returning to Super Geeked Up with my friend Jeff Burns and meeting his fantastic co-host Francis! We debated the best fictional lawyers and characters who deserve their own music videos, then jumped into some hilariously geeky improv games.

And yes, I didn’t just play a lawyer in Justice Woman - I’m one in real life. These days, though, my alter ego has moved on to telenovelas. 😂🎭

What a pleasure hearing him speak today. Such an incredibly talented and genuinely admirable artist. Wishing him all the success in the world - so deserved! ❤️🎭

A huge thank you to Jenny Jen Prada and Art Plus 🌟/Artist Launch 🚀 ArtPlus for bringing us together and creating these wonderful opportunities to connect and celebrate artists like Gerónimo and our theater community.

Jeff and I go way back to my Justice Woman Justice Woman 1, 2, 3 & 4👇🏼 days, when I was traveling to comic cons and worldwide festivals with the web series and comic book. We even did a crossover episode with his series Super Knocked Up, so this feels like a very fun full-circle moment.

Today reminded me why community matters. 💛 It was so wonderful seeing everyone at H.O.L.A. HOLA in person. Sometimes all it takes is being in the same room to remember that we’re all trying to build something bigger than ourselves.
During the discussion, I suggested bringing together the theater companies that are H.O.L.A. members—not because I think we’re competing, but because I think we’re stronger when we know each other, collaborate, and celebrate each other’s work.
My dream has always been to help build an ecosystem where audiences have so many incredible Latine and bilingual productions to choose from that they keep coming back for more.
Now… I may have accidentally volunteered myself to help make this happen. 😂

Spain wins the World Cup! 🇪🇸❤️ So my iPhone decided it was the perfect time to remind me of some favorite memories from Spain (with a little Italy thrown in 🇮🇹).

Spain, Italy, and Ecuador will always be part of who I am. My Ecuadorian roots run deep, and my Spanish and Italian heritage has always made those countries feel like home. I’m especially grateful that music gave me the opportunity to perform there and create memories I’ll never forget.
