When I opened black lotus I wanted to “put customer service back into an industry that notoriously doesn’t have any”. I wanted to offer a tattoo and piercing shop that everyone felt welcome. The tattoo industry has a stigma for negativity and we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Safety, cleanliness and customer service are as important to us as beautiful artwork, quality and value!
