💍✨ Congratulations, Hannah & Ryan! ✨💍
What a beautiful wedding day it was for Hannah and Ryan yesterday at the stunning and historic Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center in Ridgefield, Connecticut! Rose Petal Productions was honored to be part of such a memorable celebration filled with love, beautiful traditions, laughter, and so many special moments.
The day began with a late-afternoon ceremony surrounded by the lush green gardens, with a gorgeous ornate fountain serving as the centerpiece of the lawn. The bridesmaids looked beautiful in pale sage green, while the groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos.
The couple’s families also incorporated some wonderful personal touches into the day. With the bride’s family being from England, they paid beautiful homage to their heritage. The father of the bride proudly wore a traditional kilt, while the mother of the bride looked absolutely stunning in a gorgeous jade gown complete with a matching fascinator hat. 🇬🇧💚
The bridal party also paid a special and loving tribute to the groom’s late mother, honoring her memory in a beautiful and heartfelt way. A single white rose was placed in a vase on a chair reserved especially for her, accompanied by a photograph of her from her own wedding day. It was a touching reminder that although she could not be there in person, she was very much present in the hearts of those celebrating this special day. 🤍🌹
The ceremony was especially heartfelt, featuring personal vows written and read by both Hannah and Ryan. And when it came time for that first kiss as husband and wife, they certainly made it memorable! Not only did they share a kiss, but they followed it with a second kiss and an incredible dip in front of the fountain! We’re pretty sure the photographers had a field day with that one! 📸💋
Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed to cocktail hour beneath the tent on the upper patio, where they enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie spread and an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres, including scrumptious stuffed mushrooms, bacon-wrapped scallops, Swedish meatballs, prosciutto and melon, and so much more.
The bar featured signature drinks, while a hydration station helped guests stay refreshed as they enjoyed the warm late-August temperatures. 🍹☀️
Once everyone moved inside for the main reception, the evening continued with formal introductions, special dances, heartfelt speeches, and a delicious dinner. And, of course, there was plenty of fun along the way, including dancing, “Photo Dash,” and group-style photos that gave everyone plenty of opportunities to celebrate and make memories together.
The evening came to a sweet conclusion with an assortment of delectable desserts lovingly made by one of the guests. 🍰❤️
It truly was a wonderful night filled with love, laughter, family, friends, and memories that Hannah and Ryan will cherish for years to come.
