Reading science is reading. Full sentences, real vocabulary, actual explanations, and a kid who closes the chapter knowing something.

Books 1 to 4 are elementary, Grades 2 to 5. Books 5 to 7 are middle school, Grades 6 to 8. Seven books, 22 chapters each, 154 chapters of nonfiction on one shelf.

Teachers, if you are working on nonfiction minutes, this is nonfiction worth the minutes. It goes on the classroom library shelf or in the morning basket next to everything else.

Book 7 is the last one. After it, your student walks into high school science already knowing how it works.

Not a vocabulary list. The structure. Your student sees how chemistry connects to biology, and how physics connects to chemistry. After seven books that is not something they memorized, it is how they think.

High school adds the math. That is the part that catches a lot of kids off guard, and your student will be meeting it with the concepts already in place.

Grades 7 to 9. Prerequisite is Books 1 through 6.

Microscopes, pH meters, satellites, telescopes. A full year on the instruments that turn theory into evidence, across all five sciences.

Grades 6 to 8. Placement here is based on reading ability, not age.

One thing to check first. Book 6 assumes your learner already has the modern science foundation from Book 5. If that is solid, this is the next step. If it is not, start at Book 5.

Your student does not need our earlier books. Book 5 has no prerequisite. It begins with correct atomic and molecular science and carries that through chemistry, biology, physics, geology and astronomy across one full year.

Starts at Grade 6.

Book 4 is built on that difference. Chemistry, biology, physics, geology, astronomy. Five sciences in one year, and one way of thinking that works across all of them.

Books 1 through 3 taught your kid to see connections. Book 4 teaches them to predict.

Book 3 is the year the atoms your kid met in Book 1 start explaining the sink, the light switch, and the plant on the windowsill.

That is what starting small was for. Three years in, the abstract thing becomes the useful thing.

Grade 4 and up, reading independently. Books 1 and 2 come first.

Five toolboxes, one for each science. The chemist's, the biologist's, the physicist's, the geologist's, the astronomer's. Twenty-two chapters on how the work actually gets done.

You can explain the inside of the Earth to a five year old in three sentences.

Crust on top, solid rock. Core at the center, metal. In between, a mantle that is solid on top and soft underneath.

That is the Grade K reader, close to word for word. The Volcanoes lesson is one of two we left open in the demo.
