The Bridge Initiative

The Bridge Initiative The Bridge Initiative is a women-led artistic collective that uses theatre and media to build bridges in our community.

The Bridge Initiative was founded in 2015 by Brenda Jean Foley and Tracy Liz Miller to address the gender disparity they encountered in the Arizona theatre scene. Inspired by work towards gender equity in regions like Washington, DC, The Bridge Initiative endeavored to educate audiences and practitioners of the importance of gender equity. As the years have gone on, The Bridge Initiative has leane

d harder into representation of all kinds for all historically and systemically marginalized people and aims to become a safe and brave space for artists and the community to learn and grow.
