“Great price. My boyfriend and I have been taking classes at Más Movimiento for a year and a half and it’s become our 2nd family.
Their rueda de casino beginner series is such a fun class, and I recommend it to everyone, including for those with 0 dance experience. It’s cohort style, so you progress through levels 1-4 with the same group of people.
Their other classes (cumbia, salsa & bachata) are all great options too and are all super fun.
All of the teachers are incredibly professional, kind, and supportive. It’s easy to see their love for dancing and how much they enjoy sharing it with their community. Even if you think you can’t dance, Nikki, Ramiro, and all the other teachers will show you it’s possible and will guide you along the way. They break down the moves into simple steps, emphasizing key fundamentals to make sure you’re dancing correctly and safely.
I love the diversity here too. No matter your identity or background, their studio is a safe space for all. The teachers speak Spanish as well, and can teach the classes in both English and Spanish.
The classes are very affordable, and you can get a discount if you take multiple classes a month.
They also host 6 annual dance socials in the studio for all the students. It’s always a good time and a fun opportunity to dance with all your peers. If you join Más Movimiento, you will not only become a great dancer, you will make tons of new friends and memories. My only regret is not finding them sooner!”
