🍕📣 PALOUSE FAM… LOOK AT THIS!!! 📣🍕

We woke up this morning to something pretty dang cool…

The Palouse Pizzeria was featured by What Now Seattle! 😭❤️

Seeing our story written out like this is honestly a little surreal.

This place has been so much more than building a restaurant. It has been late nights, long days, a LOT of cleaning, construction dust, permits, inspections, probably way too many “what did we get ourselves into?” moments 😂 and a whole lot of dreaming about what this little place could become.

We wanted to create something that felt like home. Something that celebrates the Palouse, our little town, our families, and the nostalgia of growing up in the 80s and 90s.

A place where you can grab some pizza, put your phone down, play a game with your kids, pick a song on the jukebox and just hang out for a while. ❤️

And now someone else is telling our story. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who has followed along, encouraged us, helped us, asked when we’re opening 😂 and continued cheering us on while we bring this crazy little dream to life.

🚨🍕 PALOUSE FAM!!! WE HAVE AN UPDATE!!! 🍕🚨

We just got the news we’ve been waiting for…

🎉 THE PALOUSE PIZZERIA HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN APPROVED BY THE LCB FOR BEER & WINE!!! 🍺🍷🎉

Another BIG box officially checked! ✅

It has been a long road getting this little pizzeria ready to open its doors, but we are getting SO CLOSE. The hood is done, our beer & wine approval is IN, and now we’re cleaning, organizing, and getting everything ready for our health inspection!

Every time we get to cross something off this giant opening checklist, it feels a little more REAL. 🥹🍕

Thank you to our Palouse Fam for hanging in there with us, checking in, cheering us on, and being just as excited about this place as we are.

We promise… THE PIZZA IS COMING. 🍕❤️

🚨 YES… WE’RE STILL OPENING, PALOUSE FAM! 🍕 🚨

We’ve gotten quite a few messages lately asking if The Palouse Pizzeria is still going to open and YES, absolutely we are!! ❤️🍕

In fact… LOOK AT HER. 😍

The hood is officially DONE 🙌, which was one of the biggest pieces we were waiting on. Now we’re in full cleaning, organizing, stocking, and getting ready for the health inspector mode!

We know this has taken longer than we originally planned. Turns out opening a restaurant from the ground up comes with approximately 47,000 hoops to jump through. 😂 But we haven’t given up, and we haven’t gone anywhere!

We are SO CLOSE to finally firing up those ovens and welcoming all of you through these doors.

Thank you, Palouse Fam, for checking in on us, cheering us on, and being patient while we get everything just right. ❤️

🎮🍕 PIZZERIA UPDATE: We're still almost done! 🍕🎮

But while we're putting the final touches on The Palouse Pizzeria, you can find us this Saturday at Slippery Gulch serving up Smashed Lemonades!

Come celebrate our hometown, grab a lemonade, and check in on our progress. We're so close we can almost smell the pizza! 😆🍕

We can't wait to open our doors, but until then, we'll see you at Gymkhana Park!

🥤✨ IT’S HAPPENING!!! ✨🥤

We’ve been checking off project after project, and seeing things like this finally come together is making opening day feel so much more real! Every day we’re getting one step closer to serving up pizza, arcade games, ice-cold drinks, and all the nostalgic 90s vibes we’ve been dreaming about.

The Palouse Pizzeria is looking for a licensed, bonded, and insured commercial HVAC contractor to help us with our kitchen ventilation needs.

We specifically need someone who is experienced with Type 1 commercial kitchen hood systems and understands restaurant ventilation requirements, inspections, and code compliance.
