The Coke machine is officially installed at The Palouse Pizzeria! 🙌

And before anyone asks… YES, as promised, there is Dr Pepper. 😎❤️

We’ve been checking off project after project, and seeing things like this finally come together is making opening day feel so much more real! Every day we’re getting one step closer to serving up pizza, arcade games, ice-cold drinks, and all the nostalgic 90s vibes we’ve been dreaming about.

The Palouse Pizzeria is looking for a licensed, bonded, and insured commercial HVAC contractor to help us with our kitchen ventilation needs.

We specifically need someone who is experienced with Type 1 commercial kitchen hood systems and understands restaurant ventilation requirements, inspections, and code compliance.

🎮✨ LEVEL UNLOCKED: PAINTING COMPLETE! ✨🎮

Cue the dial-up noises and victory music…

The painting is officially DONE!! 🙌🎉

That means:
✅ No more ruined clothes
✅ No more paint-covered hands
✅ No more explaining why everything we own has random black paint on it

AND… I finished tearing up the rest of the old flooring, which means the old flooring is officially 100% OUTTA HERE! 👋

The arcade room is finally starting to look like something straight out of a 90s dream. Between the black walls, neon window trim, and all the progress happening lately, it’s getting easier and easier to picture the finished space.

We’ve still got work to do, but this was a HUGE milestone. Every day The Palouse Pizzeria looks a little less like a construction zone and a little more like the totally rad pizza-and-arcade hangout we’ve been dreaming about. 🍕🕹️

Now excuse me while I enjoy the fact that I can get dressed without wondering if today’s outfit is about to become a paint rag. 😂

The glow-up continues at The Palouse Pizzeria!

✨ Arcade room: PAINTED
✨ Back room floor: FINALLY gone
✨ Workforce: 90% child labor, 10% caffeine, 100% chaos

Today’s soundtrack was basically pure 90s energy …paint everywhere, dust flying, kids working for snacks and questionable wages. 😂

Every wall painted and every piece of old flooring ripped out gets us one step closer to opening the doors and bringing all the retro pizza arcade vibes to Tekoa. Think Friday night pizza parties, arcade games, and all the nostalgia your inner 90s kid can handle.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to ice our backs and pretend we’re still young enough to do this every weekend. 💀🤣

Fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, basil, and balsamic drizzle giving ✨main character energy✨ over here. 😍🍅

HOLY MOLY what a day at The Palouse Pizzeria 🍕🎮🛠️

We had some absolutely AWESOME humans show up today to help us tackle this giant dream of ours… and let’s not forget all the free child labor anyone could ask for 🤣👏

Seriously though we got SO much done today!!
✨ The arcade room carpet is officially GONE
✨ The painting is just about finished
✨ And this place is really starting to feel like a legit pizzeria

We truly cannot thank everyone enough for the love, support, muscle power, laughs, and chaos you all brought with you today. It takes a village… and apparently a herd of kids with paint brushes 😂

Every single day we get a little closer, and today was a BIG one ❤️

THANK YOU, Palouse Fam. We see you. We appreciate you. And we can’t wait to open these doors for all of you
