Power (We)

The rumble of the crowd
The peaceful melody
A heart that beats for love

A soul that longs to see

The stars upon the moon
The feelings to be free
A forceful act of God

And all he longs to be

To think we are alone
It is not easy for me
I know we are the same

So everyone is we.

Beating Rhythms

Clutching hands command the sea
Phases seek the truth
And long to feel as free

I want to know your ways
I long to hear you sing
So guide me through the haze
To all the energy

I want to give you wings
I long to set you free
I know we are the same
I’m you and you’re me

Moving Forward

I release the life
I was living in a dream

I choose the me
I’m brave enough to be

The door that closed
wasn’t meant for me

I decide
What I create
And if I’m wrong
Even then
It will still be this…or something better

That Sokay

It clearly didn’t mean to you
What it meant to me

I made a future you
I dreamed it so clearly
I get it now
It was just a fantasy

As I closed that book
On what we would’ve had
Where once were dreams and hopes
Sad stories, and just…bad

You aren’t that perfect ghost
With my Father’s eyes…
I thought that love was real
But now I realize.

Go haunt someone else’s life.
Goodbye. đź‘‹

Unfortunate Urge

To be rolled into a cone shape
Like a waffle cone
And then filled with creamy cold dessert

I want to be beaten
By the foam strips and round brushes
In the bay of the car wash city

I want you to fracture me
Like glass under pressure
And wash me down the drain

To fall freely into a waterfall
At the edge of the world
And feel only the stillness

To be your drink
To be eaten whole
Digested and absorbed

To be flicked into the abyss
Like a speck of dust
And disappear forever

It comforts me to know
That someday I will die
And finally understand my urge

What is your favorite thing to do when you feel stressed?

07/01/2026

Heads or Tails (My favorite pain)

You drove through my soul
Arrested my heart
Looked through my eyes
And I fell apart

I flew away
With broken wings
No more warm air
just rooms
And things

Set out to founder
Familiar ships
A sunken wreckage
A pirate’s kiss

I am so so sorry
Please forgive me
I was so blind
and so afraid

For this lesson
Came at a cost
And the price
Has long been paid

Your name tag stayed
On the sole of my shoe
It should’ve come off
But you used super glue

I drag this ghost
This ball and chain
Everywhere I go
W’this giant brain

This life will break you
A time bomb released
So please just be you
And find your whole peace

My love became tears
Turned to mud and to rain
And silly dumb memories
Of my favorite pain

Night Store (hush) - this is a heavy one.
(Trigger ⚠️ warning - abuse/grape)

It’s 3 o’clock in the morning
And I wake up feeling down
There’s a heavy weight on top of me
And she’s sleeping on the ground
Hushhhh

Their claws scratch at my softness
A voice I’ve heard before
Someone pulling at my roots
With a strained quiet roar
Hushhhhhh

Asking for a favor
Begging for my flavor
Telling me they’ll do anything
For just. One. Taste.
——loud——-then quiet

Whisper they better be silent
Before the head explodes
There’s a man on the outside
A weapon you don’t know

Force em out the window
Or pain will follow soon
They don’t belong inside it
It used to be my room
It used to be my room

They made a vault, made a tomb
Buried my soul my youth
Buried my love my truth
Ferried my skin to the shore
And sunk this tomb to the floor

Do they remember that night
When they see their children sleep
Do they know of the truth they stole
Do they know the secret I keep?

Was he alone
Was he on drugs
Was he alive or dead?

Were you a child
Were you a man
Were you out of your head?

I don’t want to be in here
I don’t wanna be in here
I don’t wanna be IN here
Just leave me alone!
Here at the store
Just like before
Hushhhhhhhh
