New this summer: The FSU Student Union's Garnet Gaming Lounge Summer Camp! ☀️ 🎮

The Gaming Summer Camp is a three day, in person experience for middle school students who are into gaming and esports. Campers will build teamwork, sportsmanship, creativity, and safe online habits through hands on play in the Garnet Gaming Lounge.

Open to students in grades 6–8 🏫
Wed., July 15– Fri., July 17, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily ⏰
FSU Askew Student Life Center - Garnet Gaming Lounge
$225 | Limited to 30 campers

From creative game design to co-op play and a final day showcase, each day brings something new!

Spots fill quickly, and registration closes on July 8 or when the camp reaches capacity.

Celebrate Bring Your Kid to Work Day at the Garnet Gaming Lounge on Thursday, April 23!

From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., staff can take advantage of a special $5 offer, which includes admission for one parent or guardian and one child. Each additional child is just $5.

This is a great opportunity to take a break and enjoy gaming together in a fun, welcoming environment. Stop by, play your favorite games, and make it a fun part of your workday!

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and may not be left unattended. Anyone under 17 must remain with their parent or guardian while in the facility.

Please note: Some games in the lounge may be rated T, M, or unrated. Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise and guide game selection.

A valid staff or faculty ID or FSUID number is required.

Got an unlucky-in-love story? We’re listening. 💌

Join us Friday, Feb. 13, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Student Union lobby and lower level for Unlucky in Love. Grab a paper heart and spill your most “Unlucky in Love” moment, or laugh along with someone else’s. Stick around for treats, a themed photo booth, and painting with the Art Center.

Games will be set up in the lower level in collaboration with the Garnet Gaming Lounge, including Monster Seeking Monster and more. 🎮
