Singer/Songwriter Saturday Social events with live music!

The mission of Singer/Songwriter Saturday is to encourage, support, and promote local and regional songwriters and musical (as well as visual) artists at private, in-home, invitation-only parties. While we are primarily focusing on singer/songwriters, it is possible you might hear jazz, bluegrass, country punk, rock, classical, or just about any of the many genres available here in the Tallahassee region.

🎼 Last night at the end of our Summer Chorale dress rehearsal I basically begged Dr. Fenton to have the group sing through the FSU Alma Mater and he was gracious enough to say yes even though it really didn't need rehearsing. 🙏 I have to admit to having tears well up in my eyes as we all sang the Hymn To The Garnet And The Gold... such a talented group of young music teachers and students. I'm very grateful to have had this unique opportunity to sing with the Summer Chorale and learn from my fellow students but especially grateful to have had the chance to learn from Dr. Fenton. What a treat it is to watch him teach! Please come to our concert tomorrow night at Trinity United Methodist Church at 7pm. Free admission and such lovely music. Maybe you'll tear up a bit, too! ❤️💛❤️
