1. Train with Intention: Fitness for the Evolving Dancer (Wellness)
What does it mean to train like for dance while honoring your body as it evolves? In this high-energy but sustainable conditioning workshop, we will blend strength drills, cardio intervals, core activation, mobility work, and dance combinations to build stamina, control, and confidence. You will learn how to work with intention, align your training with your performance goals, and adapt intensity for long-term power and longevity. Expect to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling strong, capable, and inspired.

2. Jengu Technique Intensive: Precision, Power, and Performance (Combos)
This 2-hour technique workshop builds the movement foundation for Ebony's Jengu-inspired choreography and is open to all dancers who want to deepen their precision, control, and expressive range.
We will break down the core vocabulary of the piece, including layered undulations, travel steps, sharp accents, and seamless transitions between power and fluidity. Through focused drilling and combination work, we will strengthen muscle memory, refine timing, and improve clarity of ex*****on.
Whether you plan to perform in the showcase or simply want to train in a rich, mythic movement framework, this class will help you embody strength, grace, and technical confidence.

3. Jengu Performance Intensive (Original Choreo, Dance with Me)
In this 2-hour performance intensive, we will refine and elevate Ebony’s Jengu-inspired group choreography in preparation for the CrystalFire Rise of the Mythics / StarFire Live Music Gala. Dancers will arrive having pre-learned the piece, allowing our time together to focus on precision, musicality, formations and transitions.
Beyond technique, Ebony will share her approach to polished group performance, including stage presence, managing nerves, projection, and the subtle details that transform a good piece into a compelling live experience.
