Spent two hours scrubbing two geldings who are so broke the rules don’t apply..
so before anybody gets sideways—no, I do NOT recommend tying equine to the back of a trailer, nor crawling all over horses like a feral cat OR using one, let alone TWO as a lawn chair to lay out in the sun.
These boys are just used to my shenanigans.
Alright, now let’s go shower and get ready for a little Dragon Nation football 🐉🏈

I asked Chat gpt aka Row Row what my emergency protocol is like and ..well… pretty sure it’s not wrong 😂

It’s quite bizarre how much I love this life of mine. Trust me, all $hi+ has hit the fan around here, but this type chaos outside is what comforts my soul. My hands and back are close to being out of commission for the week, but not close enough. 😉😏💪 🫏 Leigha Ray Tifani Margaux Snow

If you don’t hear from us Snows
(Briggs, Marley and myself) tomorrow or even up until Monday afternoon- please don’t think we are being rude- we just need to be feral and relax...

This afternoon, we 3 decided that we needed:

1. A steak dinner (Briggs)
2. Staycation at Snow Fields Farm
3. Minimal phone usage
4. Sleep w mom (Marley)
5. Stream scary movie(yes I’m tht mom)
6. Sleep in til 6:45 am
7. Church sermon on horseback at our favorite spot (tomorrow)
8. Stay outside rain or shine

Hope you all have a wonderful evening and day tomorrow!
Xoxo,
Snow

Reality of livestock ownership and boarding.. and I think it’s important to see that one day they are completely with you, then can be gone in a blink of an eye. Some horses don’t have to be yours to leave a piece of themselves behind.

Marsha Luna, you’ll always be part of the Snow Fields Farm family and our history here. Run pain free til Beth is wrinkled and grey, then pick her up at the gates would ya. 🤍
Huge thanks to our “holler” who jumped in w out hesitation w in TWENTY TWO MINUTES to try n fight for the ol gal:
Dr Kelly Brown —Vet
Brendan Sullivan — Farrier
Randy Hamrick — using his tractor to try n get her up
Tonya and Pops for a beautiful burial, snow kids and my little Daisy Ruth, my favorite critter loving sidekick of all. ❤️

Yall keep the Burgess family in your thoughts and prayers as they begin a new chapter without Luna. THANK YOU Burgess family for trusting your princess with us.

Just so yall know, my damn microwave is broken too. 😅 tgifLeigha Ray
