Tomorrow I will be dropping off more bottles of Kefir Water for sale at Noble Curiosities, 511 N Main Street, Sweetwater Tn.
Open 10-5 M-Th, 10-6 F-Sat, and 1-5 Sun

Flavors are 2 Blackberry (this batch turned out a bit tart for those that don’t like the over sweet batches), 2 Mango Blueberry (these always go fast), 2 CrayZenCherry (this batch turned out awesome with the small addition of 100% organic tart cherry juice), and lastly another new flavor Soda Pear-ade (a spin off of a cream soda) also only 2 bottles.

I am always interested in feedback. So anyone trying this new flavor or the last one called Cinnamon Toast please advise me what you think!

Yesterday was a successful Kefir Water day! Thank you all who asked questions, listened to the important value of Kefir to the gut biome, and also to all willing to give feedback on flavors. I really appreciate you all for making my Kefir Business Venture a fun, fruitful (literally) experience.

2 of the Daily Refresh
These are not a sweet drink but are very refreshing as the feedback went. Some think to strong on the lime, but others who love lime thought it was not overpowering and just right.

1 Star Anise
This is a spice similar to but not exactly to licorice. It is mildly sweet. This is a favorite to a few of my clients already!

3 Blackberry Lemon
This batch turned out stronger on the lemon side. Those that love citrus preferred this over past batches that were more sweet with the blackberries.

1 Cranberry
This is always a favorite for those that love cranberries and a sweeter drink! Don’t miss out if you are thinking about it. More than 1 person suddenly turned into smiles with this flavor!

1 Cherry
This batch of cherry turned out much better than past batches as I hone in on what ingredients I want to use to pull in the best flavor. It did not have that hard wine tendency. Using 100% organic tart wine juice along with the dried tart cherries really did the trick.

I am always open to feedback so feel free to leave me messages or posts. Also asking questions here might be a good way of sharing the knowledge to more interested people. So don’t hesitate to ask those questions!

Keep in mind that my recycling program of returning the rinsed cleaned bottles/caps helps save you money on your next kefir purchase and helps us both do our part in saving the planet. Less waste and the bottles/caps are sanitized by boiling in vinegar water before next bottling of fresh Kefir. It’s a win win program. Save your gut! Save our planet!

Hey all you Kefir Water fans! I’m sorry I missed a lot of you when I was at the store Saturday to hand out free samples of my new flavor Daily Refresh. This is actually my brother’s recipe. He was out last week for a visit and was excited to share one of his past favorites.

You see years ago we both were into making kefir and kombucha. Which was kinda neat him being out in Ca, me in IN, and we were still doing some of the same things. I actually enjoyed the kefir much more. Which is why I gravitated towards kefir when I decided to start making it again. Life had just gotten to busy to keep up with it back then up till now. Now it is time to start taking steps to slowing life down a bit and learn how to appreciate the little things.

But why keep these little wins all to myself? Kefir is so beneficial on so many levels that I decided to share it with all of ya’ll. I am always excited to hear feedback. Don’t hesitate to message me to request your favorite flavor if you have not seen it in the store lately. Plus I am so excited keep experimenting and coming up with more flavors. I have a cinnamon ube that is actually quite tasty I will be introducing this week sometime!

This Daily Refresh is exactly that! Very refreshing. Anyone who enjoys tangy drinks like limeade will enjoy this drink. It starts out with a lime blast, quickly followed by the subdued cucumber that lightens the load. Then some can pick up the minty aftermath that extends the coolness. Perfect for these hot steamy summer days!

But that’s not all. Limes are packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and citric acid, offering key health perks like improved immunity, glowing skin, a lower risk of kidney stones, and better iron absorption from food.
