Capoeira is cancelled tonight for circus rehearsal in Bryson. Back on Thursday at 7:45 in Lower Fellowship Hall

Starting tonight, Thursday night capoeira will be starting at 7:45 instead of 7 to allow me to go to rehearsal for the upcoming student musical, Ellie & Echo. I'll still be ready to train hard Tuesdays and Thursdays though!

Hey Wilson friends and capoeira friends, monday was Black Consciousness Day in brazil. Lets take a moment to honor that, and think about our perceptions of race and racism in the US and what we can do about it. And lets celebrate the Zumbi's of both our cultures!
