But so worth the read… Meet Mr. Klein. At age 84 he walks to our local coffeeshop frequently before walking to visit his wife in a memory care home. While I was there one day, he brought me an old photo of his dad and asked if I would paint it. I explained I didn’t typically do people but I’d try my best. This is his father as a young teen on the small family farm nearby! Mr. Klein said, after his dad tried seminary school he returned to the farm to work and finish high school. He also said his dad’s brothers and sisters considered him spoiled and his parent’s favorite. Lol!

“I love the painting. It helps fill a void in my life and soul. Thank you.”

No, thank YOU, Mr. Klein, for sharing your stories and showing our community the beauty and dedication of lasting love. ♥️ That puts the power in art. I’m so honored.

Did you know, bearded dragons have been around since the time of dinosaurs! As highly social creatures, bearded dragons have a very special relationship with their owners.
