Today’s artist highlight is Jordan!
Jordan is our resident “goofy goober” and keeps us laughing here at T.E.T. 🐅
She is not only our shop apprentice, but Nick’s partner and his right hand (wo)man helping him run the shop.
Jordan says “I want to tattoo all the g**s, theys, and baddies” 💅. She is FIERCELY pro woman and pro human rights and says her biggest goal outside of furthering her tattoo education is to offer a welcoming space where everyone feels safe and leaves her table feeling even more confident and empowered. (And to make you giggle a lot. 🤭)
She will be offering ‘apprentice tattoos’ soon that will be free or at a discounted price, so follow her and be on the lookout for that post! As far as what style she prefers, she says she is open to anything as she wants to try it all, but that her favorites so far are Organic Blackwork, Dotwork, Nouveau, and “anything with animals, bugs, bones, dead stuff and flowers”. 💐
She has an extensive art background ranging from sign painting, graphic design, digital art, murals, body painting, woodworking and sculpting. She’s excited to learn more about tattooing and to see how she can apply her skills to create her own style over time.
When she’s not practicing tattooing or drawing, you’ll find her spending time with Nick and their two kiddos and cute Corgi, Sunny. They love to watch Animé or play games like Diablo and DND, as well as play music. She is currently learning to play bass and wants to learn Banjo next! Jordan also loves hula hooping, pole dancing, and making oddities as she owns an oddity business called Wilt and Ruin.
