How would you describe French Gray? It’s warm, soft, and somewhere between gray, lilac, and lavender. It’s technically a neutral, but it still has so much color and life to it.

I love it for a calm space—a bedroom, reading room, or quiet corner that needs a little something.

A lovely little pair of marshes painted as a commission. These paintings will be little mariners as they are going to live the the stateroom of a yacht.

For this commission, the client wanted a marsh scene inspired by my marsh prints. He shared the colors he was drawn to, and I took it from there.

I have a few commission spots open for fall, and now is the perfect time to start thinking about holiday gifts. You can come to me with a specific idea, or just a general direction—we’ll figure out the rest together.

Thinking about gifting a custom painting for the holidays, but not sure exactly what they’d want?

You can reserve a commission now, then let them be part of the process. After gifting, they’ll work with me to create a one-of-a-kind painting made just for them.

The Hanging Garden is now available.

Over the past several months I've been painting, planning, framing, photographing, and preparing this collection for release.

The result is fifteen original paintings and four fine art prints inspired by florals, pattern, decorative traditions, and the beauty of the natural world.

It's always a little strange and exciting to send a body of work out into the world after living with it in the studio for so long.
