Mpress Dance Company is a program that not only allows girls to express themselves through the art of movement but teaches them how to express themselves verbally and appropriately! We empower girls through music. How? Girls are allowed to choose their "life's theme song" and perform it as they wish! You will see from some of the videos the girls who pour their heart and soul into songs they feel
