Relief for Ukraine Benefit Concert this Saturday - June 6th @ 7 pm

Loudoun County Guitarists are coming together, for the 5th year in a row, to donate their music to raise funds for Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine. We hope that you will join us this Saturday, June 6th, at 7 pm to support this now annual fundraiser. The war continues, and we at AGC have not forgotten about Ukraine.

We are grateful to Django Klumpp for giving such a beautiful concert last night! He truly is a Rising Star. His technical talent and emotional phrasing were a match made in musical heaven. One audience member loved his closer, Benga Beat, and said it was one of the most unique things they had heard at an Aguado concert. We wish Django all the success in his blossoming career and can not wait to present the next young talent as a part of our Rising Stars Series.

We are so honored to have had Jason Vieaux create such a magical weekend to end our main 2025-2026 concert series. Our AGC President and Jason met back in 1999, with picture proof!
He not only graced us with his musical artistry, but he also shared great pedagogical knowledge with four lucky students in a masterclass at Riverside HS. We do hope Jason Vieaux enjoyed his time in Loudoun County and will someday perform for us again.

This past weekend concluded the 19th Annual Aguado Guitar Competition & Festival! Congratulations to all the prize winners :) Comment on the post if you would like to be tagged!

We had such an incredible time listening to an abundance of talented youth. Here are the competition results announced at the Jason Vieaux concert on Saturday. He also gave a masterclass before we held our Awards Ceremony Concert. Videos and Pictures to come!
