Love his work and philosophy!
It is so elemental and natural, it brings you back to the now and helps you reconnect with our natural environment... The pure essence of touching "dirt" and letting it speak to you soul!

"...so that one behaves artistically, one brings oneself to an activity totally with real presence... physical, spiritual, mindful presence!"

"We are in profound need of healing, we have lost our imagination for the earth...we craft people have a moral imperative to sing up the earth!"

What a beautiful insight into the mind of the ceramic artist, Paulus Berensohn. He was made an Honorary Member of NCECA (National Council on Education ...

Hey there everyone! It sure has been a long time since we have posted anything on here. Life as always, has been hectic with our non-pottery work, finishing the studio and what will one day be out gallery. We are at a point now that we can finally move around and be productive in our studio and we are very excited!! Yesterday we set up our window displays with work and we are hoping to be able to rotate it with more work soon. Come by and check it out.

** If we are not at the studio please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Looking forward to this talk... come join me!

Hello everyone, We are getting asked a lot about orders!!! Everyone keeps asking us about orders thinking we only do them for companies or for a large amount of items. Just so everyone knows how this works with us, we make orders for ANYONE and it could be for just 2 coffee mugs or 100 coffee mugs for example. That is fine!!!!! We will take orders for all kinds of stuff and amounts. If we cant do what you need, we will tell you what we can do. Don't be scared to ask us. We have told VERY few people that we can't do what they need. The people we have told no, its almost always because of the time in which they need the item. When we make a item from scratch to finished, it does take a little time. With that said, we do try and keep an inventory on hand of all different kinds of items. It always makes us smile when someone comes in and says "I need 8 cereal bowls made by tomorrow, can you do that??!!" ... lol... I mean we are good but we are not miracle makers!!!! As far as how much money thing cost. This is a BIGGY here. We are not some company that makes ideas for some crazy price!!! Face it people, we live in Statesboro, GA!!! We have so many people say "I would love to order or buy something from yall, but its probably to expensive!!" Well don't just assume it is, just ask us. We are very nice people here in the Boro. If you need something for $5.00, then just tell us that and we can see what we have or can make for you. The people that do ask us say "I am suprised at how affordable everything is for a custom, handmade gift from yall"... If you don't ask, you will never know what you could have gotten for the same money you spent on that wedding gift that the wedding couple already got 3 of the same thing from different people!!! Having just gotten married, i can tell everyone it happens a lot more often then not!! So get something you know for a fact that they have not gotten already. It makes for a much better gift and will give you piece of mind when buying a gift. I know that's a lot to say, but we get asked or hear people say things like that ALL the time. We love what we do and want to share our work with everyone we can. Thank you and look forward to helping everyone we can.....

Hey everyone!!! I know Nia and I have not been around the studio much over the last few months with getting married, honeymoon, buying a house, redoing a house and moving in. We just did not have anytime for making a show happen this past December. With that said, we are back on top of things and will be in the studio 4 nights a week trying to get ready for another show to have here in town. We do not have a date set, but we will let you know as soon as we pick the date and time. If you would like something made, we are taking orders again and have some new things we are play with. You can write us on here or just give us a call (912)-515-8968. Today Nia and I will be driving to Hilton Head to buy us a new "Work House" (Kiln) for the studio. Its time we stop having to put duck tape on our old one and losing peace to a lack of a nice kiln. We know this will improve our "Lose to Survive Ratio", which is a very big deal when someone needs a platter as a wedding gift and the kiln over fires!! Yap... total lose just because of 10 degrees. We look forward to updating everyone with what we are working on and seeing anyone that would like to stop by in the afternoons.
