3x cardio-based workouts per week
1x active recovery day per week
🥦NUTRITION
You choose your adventure with this goal! You'll pick one thing and stick to it - we're about consistency here, not perfection. An example goal is I will eat veggies with every meal!
💧HYDRATION
Odds are you need more water in your life! I'll help you find out how much water you need and you'll drink this amount or more every day.
💪MENTAL STRENGTH
Mental strength is such a big part of the puzzle and is what will take you all the way to the finish line! We'll work daily on this - I want you to feel your best at every step and remember WHY you signed up for the challenge!
