Starting January 2025 these rules are effective immediately
1. If you are interested in one of our diamond paintings please communicate through our business page only, not on our personal page.
2. Remember there are Two of us running this small business, him and I both will be posting different items, so if you see something you are interested in, make sure to comment under the post, it's first comment gets it, unless we run into issues and the issues doesn't get resolved we will move onto the next person in line, Ronnie and I, does not do anything the same, If you choose to have him do an item(s) for you, make sure you communicate any and all questions and concerns you may have with him and him only, same goes for me if you choose me to do an item for you, please make sure you communicate with me, we can't always promise you that we will communicate as much as you would like.
3. When it comes to donations PLEASE REMEMBER OUR TIME goes into all the items we do and make.
It can take anywhere from 3hrs or 72hrs plus depending on size and what items we are doing. We also use our own money to buy the supplies that go into doing the items, so please take all that into consideration when making and discussing donations, We can not accept any donations under 15 dollars per item as the cost of craft and supplies has sky rocketed and diamond paintings cost are going up daily. If you purchase 3 or more items we can discuss deals and discounts. Please understand because we are not a licensed business Facebook does not allow us to use the word sell, so that is why we use the word donations.
4. At this time we accept Payment through cash app

Once you have chose what you want and we have discussed pricing,payment is due immediately, we can not wait for payment. If you choose something and agree on price and don't send it you have 24hrs before we will move onto to the next person.
5. Remember to be respectful towards us during the waiting period, we understand you may want your items quickly, but we can't rush through certain things and we wont. Also remember we have normal lives outside of this business page, so patients is a must, Ronnie also works a job so his time is limited as I do have extra time I can work on items. We both would appreciate an honest rating and review after you receive your items in the mail.
6. When we are finished with your items, we will take them to the post office to be shipped please remember WE ARE NOT the post office we cannot control shipping or how long it takes, please don't message Me or Ronnie being disrespectful because your items haven't gotten to you in a timely manner, also once it's shipped we will send you a picture of the tracking number please use that number to track your package if for whatever reason their is an issue please message us kindly and we will try our best to help you to the best of our ability.
