Girlfriend Medicine is an original, St. Louis–based performance that fuses improvisational comedy with women’s health education, creating a culturally significant and artistically innovative space where humor meets healing. Developed in collaboration with a practicing OB/GYN and a diverse cast of female-identifying comedians, the show explores menopause, hormone health, and self-care—topics too of

ten ignored in both entertainment and healthcare spaces. Louis at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center on Saturday, March 28, 2026 with support from the St. Louis Regional Arts Commission, Kirkwood City Lifestyle Magazine, Jamie Walsh Real Estate, Cliterally Speaking the Podcast, Stella Maris Digital Services, and more

Girlfriend Medicine is both a performance and a community resource, with more partnerships planned alongside local women’s organizations to extend its impact beyond the stage. This project amplifies midlife women’s voices and uses the transformative power of live performance to educate, engage, and uplift.
