Developed in collaboration with a practicing OB/GYN and a diverse cast of female-identifying comedians, the show explores menopause, hormone health, and self-care—topics too of

ten ignored in both entertainment and healthcare spaces. Girlfriend Medicine is both a performance and a community resource, with more partnerships planned alongside local women’s organizations to extend its impact beyond the stage. This project amplifies midlife women’s voices and uses the transformative power of live performance to educate, engage, and uplift.
