Louis, there seems to be a major division of fans. Some are more focused on more classic sub-genres; like house, breaks, jungle and trance. Others prefer the more modern, bass-heavy styles, such as dub and trap. Diversity is always a good thing, but it seems like some people have become so polarized in their musical preferences that it seems like they have become close-minded to the opposite facti

We all became involved in this scene because we were looking for a change from the norm. We broke out of our comfort zone, tried out something new, and found a place in our hearts and our very souls sated by the beats. That feeling is what we are striving to bring back to the scene. By reaching out to new people and exposing them to the different variations of the scene, by focusing on events in both genres, by throwing events featuring a variety of different styles of music we are hoping to build a bridge over this musical gap that we seem to have created. The bottom line is, St. Louis is to small of a city to have this much division and polarization. By focusing on all the genres that the electronic music scene has to offer, we're hoping to show that their is beauty in diversity, and that we are all Bound By Beats!

Hello again, you lovely, lovely people of Facebook! We know its been a while since you have heard from us, and for that we are truly sorry. We need to spend a little time focusing on the personal sides of our lives. But, it looks like we might have finally gotten that all ironed out, and so we are turning our focus back to the heart of it all, the music. Because without music, whats the point in living at all? So, WE WANNA HEAR FROM YOU! What can we do to help boost the local scene in our hometown? Do we need a wider variety in venues? More choice in musical stylings? More focus on unknown artists, or should we all promote the bigger local names in hopes that they can get more recognition nationally? Remember, WE WERE CREATED FOR YOU! So, we wanna know everything that you wanna fix here in the STL?
