We do things differently, we are for the Bands, for promoting the Music..... If you have had an unpleasant experience with other booking agencies, you will not experience that here. Our Booking Agents are Band Members, lead singers, guitarist, drummers, etc., so you get to work with Musician's that completely understands where you are coming from. We work with all professional & hard working original bands, solo artists, etc. All styles, blues to metal, we book with any and all professional venues & your Band is paid based on the fans you bring. 1. You to have the opportunity to make a large % on all sales based on your efforts. Limitless Potential for Income.(up to 60% on sales, door entries & pre-purchases)

6. We set up RADIO Interviews: the week of the event 10-pm -12am, Mon - Thur. If you have a clean song you can email to me, they will play on the radio before, after or during the interview.
7. All show information, Fliers(created by STLBookies for you to Print), TIX provided by STLBookies or the Venue we are working with. Please do not contact the venues direct for any reason, this seems to irritate them. Contact Valentina or Collin by Text or Call
8. Contests come & go, at this time we are working with a VENUE that the contest gives away $1000 of RECORDING DOLLARs, to allow for RECORDING your Music at a $Million Dollar studio. High Quality Recordings... This is a monthly Contest, meaning you can keep trying every month to win. (TIX Sales required, only 15). WE KNOW how HARD YOU WORK, how hard We Work, the harder U Promote yourself, the more U make, We have 2keep the Venues happy 2, that's WHY we HAVE these Policies & Procedure. These changes are based on what we've experienced booking shows up until now. If you or your Band are not interested in working with STLBookies, based on the Following, we understand & good luck with your continued success.
1. Load in Times are always 1 HOUR prior to the Event Start Time

1. Requiring TIX SALES & allowing DOOR SALES, for you to have the opportunity to make a large % on all sales. (25%-60% depending on tix sales and door sales)
BAND PAYOUTs as listed BELOW:
0-5 = 25%
6-10 = 30%
11-15 = 35%
16-20 = 40%
21-25 = 45%
26-50 = 50%
51-100= 55%
101+ = 60%

1. TIX SALES REQUIRED 20 min. per Band.......(Under 250 Capacity)
2. TIX SALES REQUIRED 30 min. per Band....(Friday/Under 250 Cap.)
2. TIX SALES REQUIRED 40 min. per Band.......(Over 250 Capacity)
3. TIX SALES REQUIRED 50 min. per Band.......(National Under 250)
4. TIX SALES REQUIRED 100 min. per Band.......(National Over 250)
Options 4 Access to an EVENT & Pay to Bands on all the Following:
1. Pre-Sell Tix (Requirement)
2. Pay at the Door
(all under age surcharge's collected at the Door even on Pre-Sold Tix)
3. Buy them at the Venue in Advance
4. Purchase Tix on STLBookies Event {page} {Will-Call List at the Door, D.L. Needed} WILL CALL Tix of approx. $1.29 each Tix

2. RADIO Interviews required the week of the event 10-pm -12am, Mon - Thur. If you have a clean song you can email to me, they will play on the radio before, after or during the interview. (the stations will play your songs before and or after the radio interview.. Plus you need to write up a mock interview to try to follow prior to the live radio interview, dont forget to add a plug for the upcoming show we have you booked for: STLBookies event, Date, Time, Location and an Invite to join us. Also request 1 last time 2join our event at the end of the Radio Interview.
3. You (all Band Members) are required to: Promote your band thru your own fliers or the fliers we (STLBookies) create, by printing, hanging, handing out, fliers in your area, prior to the event.
3a. The STLBookies FLIER to be posted to your COVER PHOTO, a minimum of 3 days prior to the event & re-post the Event to each of band members page daily the last 3 days prior to the event. (This helps to PROMOTE)
4. You (all Band Members) are required to: Promote the STLBookies Event thru "Invites"of the Event, by Joining the event on STLBookies, within 72hrs of receiving the "Event Invite" from "STLBookies" on the "STLBookies" page. Once you "JOIN" the event, Immediately "INVITE" all of your facebook friends to the Event, allowing for all fan base to be notified. This allows for them to Accept or Decline your Invite, but it also gets the Bands name in front of all you know one more time.... Any question on how to do this please ask Valentina of STLBookies.
5. 14 day cancellation Notice required, if cancelling & a replacement of same style band required. All TIX Sales to transfer to the other band being referred by you or replaced by us, if you cancel. If you have to cancel all Band Members that are available, need to come to the show, cont. to bring their fans, Intro the band replacing you, let fans know why your not playing, apologize for being unable to play, kick it with the other bands be supportive...
6. If we book your Band/Solo at a VENUE & that VENUE, or an affiliate of that VENUE contacts you direct for a future show. refer them back to STLBookies to book the Show/Event for 24months. This is our agreement with our bands and the venues.
7. Socialize with fans at the Shows, support the other bands by advertising to your fans to stay for the full event...
