Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce for dinner tonight. I used ground pork and ground beef. Slow cooked the sauce for 2 hours in my Hamilton Beach multi cooker.

Did a fridge clean out for dinner. I had some cooked chicken I needed to use. Along with some mushrooms. I had leftover broth from cooking the chicken. Added some frozen spinach and some gryere cheese I needed to use up too and of course garlic. Served it with mashed potatoes. I love getting creative in the kitchen.
