Cute pumpkins and scalloped borders for this shop! Fun fact: Main Street Boutique was the first-ever business to ask me for window paint back in 2020. I am so grateful for the connections and friendships I’ve made since then - Main Street is like family to me now! 😊

Check out Main Street Boutique’s fall open house today and Saturday!

Colorful quilt squares for Local Republic Market - just in time for their fall open house this weekend! Opted to put the design on the inside with Posca paint markers and the stained-glass effect was a beautiful bonus! Special thanks to my 4th grader (who is seriously gettin’ good at this)!

These talented kids continue to amaze me - what a great group of artists! We worked together this week to create some AWESOME, faux-watercolor abstract portraits of our most adorable pets!

Thank you to Local Republic Market for hosting these classes and providing fresh-baked cookies for my students! I am so thankful we have such a generous, community-centered business right here in the middle of town. Support Local and be sure to check out the other events they offer!

For those asking: the next tentative kids’ painting class will be sometime in October, so keep your eyes peeled for more info! 👀

Kids ages 5-18: join me in August for a PAINT YOUR PET class. These eye-catching pet portraits will include abstract elements and bright pop-art-inspired colors. Photos of your pet will be required after registration. If you do not have a pet but still want to paint, generic dog and cat canvases will be available to use!

Woo! Two more amazing painting classes this week!

Kids were great and their artwork was amazing! I love when they change or add things to their painting that makes it unique to them. So much creativity in each one!

A VERY BIG thank you to Local Republic Market for hosting our classes and giving our kids a space to create. Thank you, too (AMY!), for providing the super-delicious, JUMBO-sized, fresh-baked cookies! The kids loved them so much! (And guess what? They’re stocked on the shelves at Local if you need more! 🍪🤭)

Thank you to everyone for signing up and supporting artsy things like this for the kids in our community. Keep your eyes peeled for my final summertime painting class in August!

Thank you for painting with me!! We had an AMAZING turnout for our first summer class! 🤩 Even with the wide range of ages and skill levels, we all worked together and made some amazing art!

A big BIG thanks to Local Republic Market for hosting both of our classes and being so accommodating - thank you so much for sharing your space!

Parents: your kids were GREAT! Everyone listened well and they were all very respectful and careful not to make any uneccessary messes. Bravo! It was SUCH a pleasure to create with them.

If you are interested in more painting classes or other art classes like this, I’d love your feedback!
