As a result, you will grieve in your own way and in your own time. Don't try to

compare your experience with that of other people, or adopt assumptions about just how long your grief should last. Consider taking a "one-day-at-a-time" approach that allows you to grieve at your own pace.

The empty chair stood in the center of the room, its presence unoccupied yet commanding attention. It was a familiar fixture, often filled by voices and gestures during meetings and gatherings. Now, silence lingered where once there had been conversation, its stillness speaking volumes. Some paused briefly, acknowledging its significance in the space and the roles it had previously played. Others passed by without a glance, as if its absence had become part of the routine.
