At the age of 18, I walked into a new arena in my life called “fitness.” I was not overly proud of myself and lacked a lot of confidence in my appearance. When I started training, I found a new world opening up to me that not only allowed my body to reshaped, but my mind as well. What amazed me most was not simply how quickly I adjusted to a completely new lifestyle, by how much I found myself en

joying the journey! "They” say it takes 3 weeks to build a habit. Well, I now say it takes 3 weeks to build a lifestyle. I say that, because I did. In what seems like no time at all, I found my body transforming into a powerful tool that made me not only feel better about how I look, but change my approach to life entirely. The feeling of being in control of my body and mind became addictive, and the harder I worked the more I wanted to set new goals for myself. When I started this journey, I was intimidated. After learning how strong I could be I gained confidence and drive to be better than yesterday. I

So how did we get here? Well, 2013 I started taking Zumba dance classes and fell in love on the first visit. The full body workout quenched my “fitness thirst” so much that I signed up for a membership on the spot. Knowing I wanted to play my part in enabling others to experience the amazing benefits of this “Fitness Party,” I finally decided to become a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor. I’m passionate about teaching and making a difference in people’s health and lifestyle. In short, my goal as a Zumba Fitness Instructor is to help you find the best“YOU.” So, what are you waiting for?

If you don't have the app yet, please call, messenger, or text me EACH TIME you want to take a class so I can sign you up. If you don't sign up, the instructor won't know you're coming.

The instructors go by the attendance sheet - if 4 or fewer people are signed up, the class will be canceled.

Once you are enrolled in the app, you can sign up on your own. Thank you!
