Looking for a fun way to introduce your little one to wrestling? Our Little Wrestlers Program at Effingham Combat Academy is designed to help young athletes learn the basics while building confidence, coordination, discipline, and teamwork!

We’re continuing our “Meet the Team” series, and today we’re excited to introduce you to Coach Chris! 🙌

Coach Chris teaches and assists with our Lil’Wrestlers, Junior Wrestlers, and Junior BJJ classes! 🤼‍♂️He loves working with our students, helping them learn new skills, build confidence, and continue growing both on and off the mats. We’re so lucky to have a coach who truly enjoys helping our students succeed!

We’re continuing our “Meet the Team” series by introducing you to the amazing Mrs. Katie!

Mrs. Katie is an important part of our office team and does so much behind the scenes to help make sure our students, families, and staff are taken care of! We truly appreciate all the hard work, care, and dedication she brings to our team every day.

Here are a few fun facts about Mrs. Katie👇
🥋Mrs.Katie is a black belt in her hometown Griffin, Ga
⏰ If she could have any superpower for a day: Time travel! She thinks it would be so much fun to explore different eras
🎮 Her favorite way to unwind: Playing video games like Baldur’s Gate and Valheim!
🎨 When she’s not at the office: You can find her writing, painting, and playing games!

🥊 MEET COACH BOOG! 🥊

We’re kicking off our “Meet the Team” series by introducing you to Coach Boog, our Head Coach here at ECA! 🔥

Coach Boog has been training for 10 years and brings his passion, knowledge, and dedication to every class. He teaches BJJ, Muay Thai, Striking, AB Fight Team, and Wrestling, helping our students push themselves, build confidence, and become better both on and off the mats. 💪

He’s originally from Pennsylvania, and when he’s not on the mat there’s more to him than meets the eye!

Since Memorial Day is coming up we would like to pause and remember the heroes who gave everything for our freedom 🇺🇸
Memorial Day is more than the start of a long weekend — it is a time to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication will never be forgotten.
At our studio, we believe values like honor, discipline, courage, and respect extend beyond the mat.
This weekend, we remember those who embodied those values in service to others.
We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect, remember, and show gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy because of their sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙
