A little throwback to the time I was absolutely convinced dancing in heels wouldn’t be any different than dancing in sneakers. So as one does, I forgot to lace them up until the very last second.

Poor Selena was frantically threading black laces through black shoes in pitch dark theatre wings while I’m trying not to have a full-blown panic attack right before walking onstage.

Somehow, she pulled it off and nobody knew.

Would I recommend this strategy? Nah.
