What a milestone! Last night we celebrated 40 episodes of Balcony Sessions with the one and only Ron Preston. 🎉🎸

Ron brought decades of stories, music, and experiences from an incredible career that has taken him from Off-Broadway and the early punk rock scene in New York, to film and television, blues and rock bands, Branson stages, and right here to the Springfield music and film community.

It was an evening filled with great music, fascinating stories, laughter, and the kind of conversation that makes these intimate sessions so special.

And we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Ron for being part of Episode 40—and to everyone who has watched, shared, commented, subscribed, and supported Balcony Sessions along the way. ❤️

For more than 22 years, Eddie has been writing songs, performing across the country, and creating opportunities for countless musicians through his work as the founder and organizer of Queen City Shout Festival . During our conversation, he shared insights from life on the road, the importance of building community through music, and the experiences that have influenced both his songwriting and his journey as an artist.

It was an inspiring reminder that music isn't just about performing—it's about bringing people together.
