LEVI PECK, BRETT PERIGO & KAMERON MORRAL SPRINT NATIONAL WINNERS AT PATH VALLEY

Path Valley Speedway held it’s 2026 Sprint National race on Friday Evening, producing three winners for the evening’s racing agenda. Levi Peck in the T.A. Ward Construction 270 Micro Sprint Feature, collecting the $500.00 purse to win, sponsored by T.A. Ward. Brett Perigo was the winner for the Metzler Auto Truck & Trailer Wingless Super Sportsman 30 lap feature, claiming the win on lap 22, & maintaining it to the finish. Kameron Morral started in the pole position, taking the lead on green, & consuming the entire run to the finish line in the Macri Concrete 600 Micro Sprint Feature.
Aidan Crouse & Dylan Mickey chauffeured the T.A. Ward Construction 270 Sprints to the green, but an immediate caution was thrown when it was determined the start was not adequate, sending the racers back to the original double file line-up. Aidan Crouse removed his racer from the reline, as Mac Wert took the lead for 3 laps, till a caution for Tyler Brown waved, when his racer lost power out of turn 1, leaving the oval for the evening. On green, 4th place starter, Levi Peck, pulled to the front for 3 laps, before a caution for Koby Slavin, slowed the racers, when his ride stopped in the exit ramp as he was leaving the track. Peck continued his lead on the restart for 5 laps till Ayden Sword came to a stop on the backstretch, putting his ride to the pits.
Peck, Wert, Zach Glass, Bradyn Kuhn & Dylan Mickey were in the top spots on the restart at midrace, with drivers, Spencer Bacha, Drew Sullivan, & Marshall Labuda making advancements as the laps decreased, putting Bacha in the final top 5 spot as Peck took the win. Peck had the best lap, racing at 78.782 MPH in 11.424 seconds. Heat winners for the Micro Division were, Mac Wert, Bradyn Kuhn, & Dylan Mickey.
The Macri Concrete 600 Micro Sprints had 2nd place starter, Kameron Morral at the front on green, with Rich Kerstetter, Randy Kunkle, Brian Kramer & Jim Young, in the top 5.
Ethan McNew brought out a caution, with 5 laps complete, when his car lost power, coming to a stop, as he prepared to exit the track. The top five racers remained the same as the flag went green, racing till midrace, when Randy Taylor’s ride showed issues between turns 1 & 2, from where he exited for the evening. Morral took charge on green, gaining an untouchable lead, as Kerstetter, Kunkle, Kramer, & Young, followed him to the checkered for the top 5 finishers. Morral had the best lap, racing at an awesome 82.789 MPH in 10.871 seconds. The Macri Conrete heat wins went to Randy Kunkle, Jr., & Rich Kerstetter.
Rohan Beasley & Josh Smith were positioned at the helm of the Metzler Auto Truck & Trailer Wingless Super Sportsman feature, with Smith taking the lead, before a 2nd lap incident between turns 3 & 4, involving a major flip for racer, Joey Hershey, brought the racing to a halt, as the red light flashed. Minutes seemed like hours till Hershey exited the racer, at the cheers of the fans, while his ride was retired to the pits.
Smith, Beasley, Roy Denike, Brandon Shearer, & Steve Wilbur, held the top 5, on the restart, where they remained for 6 laps, till Shearer passed Denike to take control of 3rd. Kirk Baker’s racer came to a stop on the frontstretch with 9 laps complete, ending his racing for the evening, as Smith, Beasley, Shearer, Denike, & Wibur relined for the green, with Shearer passing Beasley to move into 2nd. Luke Lenker & Brett Perigo were gradually advancing their racers towards the top 5, when a caution for Donnie Farlling waved, as his racer came to a stop between turns 3 & 4. Curt Stroup spun out in turn 2, Nace got into the infield, & Craig Perigo had contact, putting him out of the competition, with 16 laps complete.
Farlling, Nace, & Stroup returned to the rear of the reline for the final 14 laps. Smith led the racers for 5 laps, till the top 5 went into a total revision as Brett Perigo passed Wilbur, Denike, Beasley, Lenker, Brian , Shearer & Smith to take over the lead on lap 22. Perigo, Shearer, Smith, Brian & Lenker were at the top of the line, with 6 laps to go, when the lapped racer of J.T. Meier, & second place runner, Brandon Shearer, made contact going into turn 4, putting both racers upside down, & the red lights flashing. Both drivers were assisted, as their cars were positioned upright & taken to the pit area. Brett Perigo led Smith, Brian, Lenker, & Beasley to the green, with Brian passing Smith for 2nd, & Lenker passing Beasley to claim 4th as Perigo passed the checkered flag. Brett Perigo had the best lap racing at 77.493 MPH in 11.614 seconds. The WSS heats were won by Josh Smith, Brian Nace, & Steve Wilbur.
The Metzler Auto Truck & Trailer WSS Non-Winners race was won by Lee Kauffman, who had a green to checkered win. Josh Smith, Marty Brian, Brad Kling, Andrew Ketterman, Billy Doyle, Jordan Fulton & Roy Denike were the entire 15 lap event finishers. Kauffman had the best lap, running at 73.070 MPH in 12.317 seconds.
