💙 Happy Autism Acceptance Day 💙
April isn’t the only time we talk about autism. For my family, this month means something deeper. It’s a time to educate others and remind families like ours that they are seen, heard, and never alone.
Autism is a spectrum and no two individuals experience it the same.
✨Awareness means recognizing those differences.
✨Acceptance means creating spaces where autistic individuals are supported, included, and respected as they are.
For caregivers, this isn’t just a once a year moment. It’s navigating therapies, school, sensory challenges, and advocating every single day while celebrating every bit of progress along the way.
If you want to support:
• Teach your children kindness
• Practice patience and flexibility
• Choose inclusion in everyday moments
• Always presume competence
Let’s raise a generation that chooses kindness, celebrates differences, and makes space for everyone 💙
Stay fierce. Stay different. And remember kindness never goes extinct 🦕
This year’s shirt is extra special. It highlights one of our son’s biggest loves, DINOSAURS🦖 And if you know him, you know the joy they bring him!
If you would like to purchase one, please send me a message! I will be offering them in a variety of Comfort Colors options for both youth and adults.
Youth-$20
Adults-$25
