We are incredibly honored and grateful to share that Pavilion Painting & General Contracting was recognized at the Excellence in Remodeling Awards through the Spokane Home Builders Association.

We submitted the historic Perkins House in Colfax, WA — a beautiful home originally constructed in 1886 — and to be acknowledged alongside so many talented professionals in our industry truly means a lot to us.

A special thank you to Kelli, our amazing Office Manager, for accepting the award and representing our company so well with a heartfelt speech. We’re proud of the work our entire team poured into this project and thankful for every homeowner, employee, partner, and supporter who trusts us to help preserve and improve meaningful spaces.

Projects like the Perkins House remind us why we love what we do — combining craftsmanship, care, and passion to bring new life to homes with history and character.

🎉 Project Spotlight: Giving a Beloved Girl Scout Shelter a Brand-New Life! 🏕️

We’re proud to share the incredible transformation we are working on for the Girl Scouts of America! Their outdoor shelter had seen better days — storm damage, weathered wood, and years of wear had taken their toll.

But look at it now! ✨

Before: Tired, damaged, and in need of a little TLC.
After: Fresh, strong, and ready for years of new memories, campfires, and adventures!

This project was extra special because it supports an organization that empowers young girls every single day. 💪❤️

Barbershop Floor

This barbershop floor had seen a lot of years, a lot of foot traffic, and a lot of haircuts. ✂️
The team at The Man Shop trusted us to bring it back to life, and the transformation speaks for itself. What was once worn, peeling, and tired is now a clean, durable surface built to handle the daily grind of a busy shop.
A lot of people don’t realize how much a floor impacts the look and feel of a space until it’s refreshed.
We love helping local businesses upgrade their spaces so they can keep focusing on what they do best.

Meet John, our Operations Manager and one of the cornerstones of Pavilion Painting. John oversees all project leads across every job we take on, a role that’s constantly evolving and absolutely essential to keeping our work running smoothly.
John has been with Pavilion Painting since day one and brings over 30 years of industry experience to the team. His depth of knowledge, steady leadership, and problem-solving mindset make him a trusted guide for both our crews and our clients.
Outside of work, John is a devoted grandfather, and his favorite hobbies revolve around spending quality time with his family, something we truly value and respect as a company.
Special mention:
In this photo, John is holding a bottle discovered on one of our job sites. While the manufacturing label dates back to 1871, research suggests the bottle itself was likely produced around 1900. A fascinating piece of history uncovered during a modern-day project.
We’re grateful to have John on our team and appreciate the experience, care, and leadership he brings to every project.

A fresh coat of paint can completely change how a home feels.
We updated this space by painting the walls and ceilings for a brighter, cleaner look, and gave the hallway cabinet a full prime and gray finish for a subtle, modern upgrade. Simple changes, done right, make all the difference.
