Some colorways I paint from one end to the other, so the colors repeat in a linear order. 🧶

It takes longer than the ones I accordion fold, but it’s worth it in my opinion. 💯

shinydimefibers.com 🌅 This is how a gradient gets made.

Six pots, each one mixed to a different combination and concentration of dye. The yarn moves through them in sequence and the color shifts happen gradually, right there in the water. It is part science, part instinct.

This batch is Harvest Glow. Two are dye-to-order and already claimed. The rest will be in the shop this week.
