Just a reminder of how poorly you treated me and screwed me over at the holiday season last year. Really appreciate you putting my family in a bad spot and you guys not caring about it. You never once even trying to make it right. And then you leave for James your transcription manager to try and clean up your mess. That was one of the worst moves you could have ever made because he lacks tact.

This is the email I just got from my work when I was expecting close to $700 and I haven't even bought my kids Christmas gifts yet because I've had my payment stuff over and over and have incurred fees because I couldn't pay my bills. Please pray for my family.

I’m sorry to have to write this email but your pay for 12/19 will be split up. You will receive half of the 35958 invoice tomorrow in the amount of $160.20 and the other half a bit later on.



We’re having to do this because we have two clients who owe us upwards of $20,000 and it’s created a black hole financially for us. We’re hoping to get payments in this week and get things caught up but being the week before Christmas, many accounting departments are on shortened hours. This makes it hard to give a precise date as to when we’ll be able to send the other half as well.



I’m very sorry for any hardships this will cause so close to the holidays
