I have been working on updating my grandson’s play room. This is what I have so far.
The “What we learn” wall hanging turned out pretty cool. Alcohol ink on the inside of the glass, painted over in acrylic white. Sprayed alcohol to remove some of it, layered map in behind.

Crazy about gnomes

Last night I tried to make boots for my gnomes. It was an epic fail!

Today I gave it another shot. These are made from salt and pepper shakers from Dollar Tree, the lid to a baby squeeze pouch, felt, ribbon, fur, cardboard. Pretty happy for first pair ever. Working on another pair right now. Using curler and 1/2 a ping pong ball. So far so good

Made this junk journal recently using a basic stitched binding that I just learned in a class. The blue and green images are Pam Caricher. They are pages out of a magazine that I incorporated. Didn’t include ALL the pages but you get the idea. :)
